He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Cathy, Jay, Susan, Andre, David, Danielle, Julie, Doug, Paul and Jen; his grandchildren, Kaelene, Kendra, Sarah, Dylan, Alanah, Benjamin, Samuel, Issac, Quinn, Julia, Ashton, Parker and Alex; and his sisters, Donna (Mark) and Lois.
