She was predeceased by: her grandson Jarrod Werschler; her parents, Joseph Kondra and Mary Kondra; her siblings, Camille, Edward, Jim, Rita and Marion; and her father-in-law John.
She is survived by: her husband John Slancek; her daughters, Cathy Fielder (Brian), Bonnie Werschler (Ted Baldwin) and Pattie Fraser (Ron); her grandchildren, Ryan Werschler, Darren Fielder, Marcy Vanderveen (Dave) and Eli; and her sibling's children, Bob Sladovnik (Cheryl) and Carol Heinrich.
