She was predeceased by: her husband Nickolas Kozak; and her daughter Anne Kroh. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Kozak (Lorraine Perrot) and Victor Kozak (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Adrianne Kraus (Dave), Brandon Kroh (Kellie) and Jennifer Kozak (Gary Farkas); and her children-in-law, Herb Kroh (Sandra) and Bernice Kozak. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
