She is survived by: her children, Theresa Brooks, Rosemarie Emery (Kenneth Gilham), Bonnie-Lynne Climie (Tom), Marg Emery, Jackie Miller (Tom Lyttle), Charn Daniels (John Elliot) and Dela Horley (Randy); her grandchildren, David, Lisa, Cherie, Troy, Renee, Lee, Dawn, Tristin, Heidi, Todd, Trevor, Michelle, Heather, Ryan, Josh and Brooke; and her sibling Madeline Frederick of Michigan.

On Sunday, December 2, 2018, after a long battle with Alzheimer's, Lil Campbell (O'Keefe) died at the age of 97.
