She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Machuk and Evelyn Machuk; and her brother Michael Machuk. She is survived by: her husband Ralph; her children, Jonathan Zink and Leslie Aquino (Mark); her stepson David Tyrie; her grandchildren, Asha Rose Marie and Julius James; her sister Kimberley Ann Machuk; and her stepsister Linda Van Belle.
