He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Dorothy; and his grandson Sam. He is survived by: his wife Joan Dawson; his brother Ted Dawson; his children, Jeremy (Veronica), Mike (Kim) and Jane; his grandchildren, Sarah (Darren), Zach and Kelsey (Nate); and his great grandchild Ellie.
