He was predeceased by: his parents, Achille Bergeron and Blanche Bergeron; and his siblings, Jacque, Bertrand, Suzanne and Celine.

He is survived by: his children, Francine Weima (late John), Mario Bergeron, Marc Bergeron (Pam) and Dan Bergeron (Tammy); his grandchildren, Danaka (Ryan), Keary, Aaron (Ken), Natalie (Eric), Nicole (Dylan), Chris, Ashley (Sean), Amy (Shaun), Derek, Sheri, Craig (Tanya) and Kristeen (Joel); his great grandchildren, Lily, Cameron, Kody, Chase, Keegan, Amelya, Drew, Jordan, Seamus, Finn, Aiden, Corbin, Kassandra, Zygmunt, Ava, Owen, Lyla, Keira, Payton, Hudson and Reese; and his sisters, Denise, Nicole and Murielle.
