It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Conceicao Leal (Sarnia, Ontario), who passed away on August 20, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Mario Leal; and her parents, Antonio Bettencourt and Francesca Bettencourt. She is survived by: her spouse Eduino; her daughters, Lucy Chaves (Robert), Elizabeth Belanger (Jeff) and Cindy Leal-Gordon (Delroy); her grandchildren, Stephanie Chaves, Leslie Chaves, Brent Belanger (Jackie), Jordan Belanger (Elena), Tyler Belanger and Camden Gordon; and her great grandchildren, Blythe and Madeline Belanger.
Due to the restrictions of Covid19, a private family Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Church with interment at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery. Please note masks/face coverings are mandatory and social distancing will be enforced.
