He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kielt and Violet Kielt. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Petlak of Moose Jaw, Sask and Steve Kielt (Ryan Kielt) of London, ON; his grandchildren, Kain, Logan Petlak (Kristin), Lyara, Talia Kielt, Joey and Oakley Kielt; his great grandchild Kohan Petlak; and his siblings, Darwin Kielt (Elizabeth) of Bright's Grove and Lois Kay (Gary) of Corunna.
