It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Gail Forler (Sarnia, Ontario), who passed away on March 3, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mleinek and Shirley Mleinek. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Forler (Adam), Oshawa Walsh and Michael Walsh (Krystal); her grandchildren, Cory, Kody, Kylie, Olivia, Zaiden and Theodore; her great grandchild Kingsley; her siblings, Jo Anne Mleinek and B. C.; her siblings-in-law, Susan Dietrich and N. B. Nancy; and her pet Boss.
