We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2019, Patricia Henderson (Sarnia, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Henderson and Marion Henderson; her stepfather Vaughn Fraser; and her sister Debbie Smith. She is survived by: her children, Amber Wright (John) and Ashley Henderson (Dave Allensen); her grandchildren, Bianca, Alexus, Alicia, William and George; her siblings, Ron Henderson (Lynda) and Valerie Damchuk (Paul); and her siblings' children, Ken, Chris (Holli), Trevor (Jocelyn), Jennifer (Chris), Jeremy (Lakyn), Paul (Corrie) and Rick (Corey).

Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation.
