He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jane Ann Smith; his children, Amy Samko (Matthew) and Jason Smith (Kristina); his grandchildren, Joshua Samko, Mary-Kate Samko and Camryn Smith; and his siblings, Larry Smith (Mary), Victoria Shaw (Bill) and Douglas Smith (Jane).
