He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Dowswell and Bertha Dowswell; and his father-in-law Earl Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Ashleigh and Brooke; his sons-in-law, Jeff and Bryan; his grandchildren, Gabby, Audrey and Harrison; his mother-in-law Olive Taylor; his siblings, Ken (Penny), Tony (Vicki), Karen (Mark) and Joanne (Rob); his siblings-in-law, Ken, Donna, Laura and Sue; and his pet Winston. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Randy's memory may be made to the London Health Sciences Foundation – Kidney Transplant Unit or Dialysis Unit.
