“The "Mayor of Eton Court" will truly be missed by the neighbourhood. Randy was a personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful friend who made it his job to circulate and engage with all on the court during his daily walks. A day did not go by without hearing "Hey, Neighbour" or seeing a friendly wave as he passed by on his circuit (in his hoody). We were both shocked and saddened by his passing. Our thoughts go out to Bev, the girls and their families at this difficult time. Holger & Carol”
