He was predeceased by: his nibling Ryan Norlock; and his parents, Iris June Miller (George) and Herbert Robert Miller. He is survived by: his sibling Karren Miller; his nieces and nephews, Kim Norlock, Thomas Fenner, Alfred Fenner 3rd and David Allen Fenner; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jesse Norlock, Shawnacey Williams, Aaron Williams, Kristen Cheyenne, Kaitlyn Porter, Thomas Fenner Jr., Jace Fenner, Joshua Norlock and Elijah Norlock; his aunt Bernice Jackson; his cousin Bonnie Jackson; Natalia Williams. He is also survived by many loving extended family and friends.
