He was predeceased by : his sons, Michael and John Lawrie (Laurie); his parents, George and Annie; his siblings, Alvina (Clifford), Hildegarde (Gord), Alphonse (Kate), Jeanette (Merle) and Theresa (John); and his close friends, Maxine and Jim Vessey.
He is survived by : his wife Jean (Dennison); his son David Lawrie (Val); his grandchildren, Michael (Rachel), Courtney (Robert), Tyler and Dani; and his great grandchildren, Damien, Mason, Alexis and Ariel.
No flowers, please; sympathy may be expressed through donations to St. Vincent De Paul or the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 62.
