He is survived by: his siblings, Lia Churchill, Joanne Ferreira (Manuel), Mary Widdis (Terry), Carl Hofsteede (Greta) and Ed Hofsteede (Betsy); and his nieces and nephews, Meagan Churchill, Jennifer Beauvais (Aaron), Christine Carreiro (Mike), Andrew Ferreira (Kelly), Wendy Thomson, Brian Thomson, Sierra Paquin (Vince), Marsadie Grenier (Jordon), Michaela Grenier, Ryan Grenier, Asha Hofsteede (Spencer), Sara Hofsteede (Filip), Johnny Hofsteede (Stephanie), Alexis Simon (Matthew), Rachel Hofsteede (Roger), Steve VanDinther (Shanine), Mike VanDinther, Mark VanDinther (Karen) and Laura VanDinther.
