He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perry and Mae Perry; and his brother John. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Perry (Amanda Laird), Jaime Ciatti (Anthony) and Andrea Perry (Keith Hunt); his sibling Robert Perry; and his sibling's children, Dayna Perry and John Perry.

Donations made to St. Joseph's Hospice or the Sarnia Historical Society would be appreciated by the family.
