He is survived by: his spouse Cheryl Maxfield; his children, Scott Maxfield (Melissa) and Heather Maxfield; his grandchildren, Larry, Rebecca, Alex and Madisyn; his siblings, Larry Maxfield (Gerry) and Cheryl Maxfield (Barry Ryan); and his sibling-in-law Jeanne Handyside.
