He was predeceased by : his parents, Johannes Willems and Johanna Willems; and his siblings, Miek, Gerard Willems and Anne Kuijpers.
He is survived by : his wife Constance; his children, Teresa Coppens (Dennis), Catherine Willems (Wendy Morrison) and Rick Willems (Anja); his grandchildren, Connor, Jarod, Kieran Coppens, Anaiya (Mario) and Sumner Willems; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Mackle, England and Peter Mackle.
