It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Bijan Payandeh (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 88, on January 16, 2026. In the vast expanse of eternity, Bijan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Bijan farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Simin Payandeh; his children, Nina (Warren), Jubin (Lily) and Jian (Emily); and his grandchildren, Chloe, Abby, Naomi and Oliver.
