He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Violet; and his brother Jack (Yvonne). He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Rick (Tracy) and Russell; and his grandchildren, Hannah (Brandon), Chuck (Tiana), Warren and Carys. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
