With sadness, we share the passing of Colin George Legg (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario). Colin, born on October 31, 1952, passed away on September 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Colin for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. Colin’s memory will live on in the hearts of friends and family, a lasting reminder of the connections and experiences he brought to the world.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kitti; his parents, Dilwyn Legg and Marion Legg; his son Jonathan of Wales; his stepchildren, Sonya Vere (Pete) and Christopher Davey (Fawn); his sister Christine Edwards (Colin) of Wales; and his daughter Julie of Wales. He was also cherished by nine beautiful grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St E, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A2L9).
In lieu of flowers, donation (payable by cheque or online) to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation Cancer Care Fund would be appreciated.
