He is survived by: his wife Ann "Annie"; his children, Shannon McMillan (Jamie) and Brandi Ritza (Aaron); his grandchildren, Abbi, Andrew, Aiden, Ryder, Ethyn and Sydney; his niece Courtney Cozac; his nephews, Taras Cozac and Nathan Cozac; and his friends, Wendy, Gary, Tim, Michelle and Ian.
