He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Smith and Jim Burns. He is survived by: his brothers, Micheal and Donald; his children, Cameron Burns (Melissa Novel) and Lindsay Burns (Kyle Eisner); and his grandchildren, Ewan, Ronan and Duncan Burns.
