He is survived by: his wife Carrie Anne Catling; his siblings, Sharon Quinton (Allen), Shelah Lewis (Cameron) and Jim Lewis (Carol); his stepsiblings, Audrey Warth (late Fred), Carol Holley (Don), Brenda Bailey (Charles "Bud"), Donald Nevitt, Doug Nevitt (late Sharon) and Dennis Nevitt (Vicky); his brothers-in-law, Dave and Phil Ackland; and his brothers, Tim Lewis (Gail), Paul Lewis and Dan Lewis (Carol). He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
