She is survived by: her daughter Lori May (Scott); her grandchildren, Luke, Jake, Amy May and Malayna Ramakers; her brother Gary Bock (Michele); her sibling's children, Alyson Turco (Travis), Jason Bock (Cresta) and Jeff Bock (Melissa); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nick, Megan Turco, Emerson and Mckenna Bock; her sister-in-law Jo Ramakers (Marijke); her sibling's children, Michael Ramakers (Nicole), Ronald Ramakers and Susan Alexander (Stephen); and her caregivers, Aldo, Lynda Lepore, Serg and Tammy Bernardo.
