He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Redfern and John Redfern; and his parents-in-law, Jackie and Dan DePasquale. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his daughters, Pam Auger (Kevin), Loralee Grigg and Deanna Rector; his grandchildren, Matthew Auger (Ashley), Jeffrey Auger (Kate), Noah Grigg (Rayanne), Cole Grigg (Jill) and Alexa Rector (Jacob); his great grandchild Blair; his pet Lexi; and his siblings-in-law, Dan DePasquale (late Debbie), Jackie DePasquale (late Ed) and Shirley DePasquale (late Brent).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A5K7). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Chapel.
