He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Nelson and Pat Nelson; and his brother-in-law Freddy Knopp (late Alice). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Nelson; his children, Jason Nelson, Julie Nelson and Michael Nelson (Tara Campbell); his grandchildren, Jordan, Troy Nelson, Jadyn Mizzi, Mila Uchmanowicz, Michael and Tyler Nelson; his former wife Lynne Nelson; his siblings, Raymond Nelson (Solange), Jerry Nelson (Robin), David Nelson (Carmen) and Patty Shaw (Ken); his siblings-in-law, Shirley Knopp, Timmy Knopp, Norma Elliiott (late Craig) and Bobby Bumbacco (late Valerie); and his pet Gabby.
