He was predeceased by: his siblings, Doreen McWatters (late Grant), David (late Noreen), Ted (Donna), Karen and Randy (Debbie); his parents-in-law, Pearl and Jack MacKay; and his siblings-in-law, Catherine (late George Steele), Neil (late Joyce), Shirley (late George Collver), Pearl (late Earl Barker), Betty (late Keith Taber), Iris (late Barry Bringleson), Mac and Dunc (late Shirley).
He is survived by: his wife Joan (MacKay); Linda McLean (Bob), Jack, Janet (late Tim Leroux) and Colin (Diane).
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, May 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grand Garden North (1324 Great Northern Rd, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A5K7).
