He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cottingham and Ruth Cottingham; and his siblings, Norma Elizabeth (Betty), Robert (Bob), William John (Bill) and George.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Lemay; his sister Edith Ann (Ann); his sister-in-law Brenda; his close friends, Richard and Jane Culverwell; Lois Krause (Bruce), Larry Lemay (Jackie) and Leslie Lemay (Kim). He is also survived by ses many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
