He was predeceased by: his son Dustin; his parents, Lester Long and Josephine Long; and his brother Bobby. He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Joanne (Shaun), Ashly Gardner (Shawn) and Jeremy; his grandchildren, Daik, Zoey, Brooklyn, Maddy and Emilia; his siblings, Bill (Giselle) and Kathy Smellie (late Bob); his parents-in-law, Maurice and Theresa Boulanger; his siblings-in-law, Danny (Anita), Micheal (Lisa), Pauline Orazietti (Bobby) and Diane Kuntze (Jared); his close friends, Jimmy Ferris, Mike Rowan, Danny Tregonning, Randy Taylor, Steve Hodgson, Bob Pratt and Serge Campioni; and his caregivers, Dr. Ladak, Elliot, Ed and Cass. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the O'sullivan Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (215 St James St, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A1P7). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
