He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Haromy and Josef Haromy; and his brother Otto Haromy. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Vera Haromy; his children, Michael, Anna (Rod), Chris (Claudine) and Brian (Michelle); his grandchildren, Kyle, David (Lindsay), Hannah, Aaron (Callie) and Maya; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Chloe, Leela, Stephen, Ruby, Sadie, Zachary, Dani and Rebecca; his sister-in-law Elsa; and his nieces and nephews, Otto and Ricki.
