With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gail Judith Ann Macnamara (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 22, 2026 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her husband Sean Macnamara; her parents, Robert Frech and Arvella Frech; and her siblings, Arnold Frech, Larry Frech (Jean), Gary Frech (late Arlie), Sharon Bergeron, Sandra Maitland (Howard) and Audie Frech (late Colette).
She is survived by: her daughter Renee Ciotti (Norman); her grandchildren, Hayden, Payton and Logan Ciotti; her siblings, Wayne Frech (Linda Alloi), Brien Frech, Bonnie Caron (Lee) and Brent Frech (late Faye); her nephews, Rob (Carole) and Mark (Maria Bergeron); and her sister-in-law Linda.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 27th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the O'sullivan Funeral Home (215 St James St, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A1P7).
