He was predeceased by: his brother Don (Christine); and his in-law Bill Lamont. He is survived by: his wife Edythe; his sons, Gary Jr. (Jenna Gallagher), Kyle (Lisa Lalonde) and Glen (Ciara Spina); his brothers, Rick (Brenda), Terry and Fred (Nicole); and his in-laws, Helen Williams (Don), Craig Lamont, Carol Stober, John Lamont and Mary Anne Finnemore.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A5K7). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Jerome's Church (26 Carmel Rd, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A3N9).
