George Nicolae Barbita Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Nicolae Barbita (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on April 16, 2025 at the age of 44. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, George Nicolae shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid George Nicolae farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Dolores Barbita; his aunts, Gertrude and Joanne; his uncle Nick Barbita; his cousins, James Hardy, Andrew Hardy and Allen Pierce; his half-brother Jason Yonnick; and his grandparents, George and Maria Carmela Barbita.
