He was predeceased by : his parents, Erling Baxter and Margenia "Bubbles" Baxter; and his siblings-in-law, Armand and Rene. He is survived by : his wife Blanche (Foucault); his siblings, Greg (Lynda) of Granum, Paul (Suzanne) of High River and Heather of Lethbridge, Alberta.; and his siblings-in-law, Claire Janveaux, Jean, Nicole and Paul.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions no formal services will be held.
