He was predeceased by: his wife Kaye Margaret McGuire; and his siblings, Tom McGuire (Louise), Gratia Husseini (Waleed) and Laura McGuire. He is survived by: his children, Gerry McGuire (Rosemary) and Kara Provenzano (Lucas); his grandchildren, Isabella, Patrick, Lily McGuire, Ronan, Ava and Adam Provenzano; his great grandchild Kaleb; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Bruining (Henry), John Bumstead (late Penny) and Mary Stanaway (Brian). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) may be made to A.R.C.H., Sault College Foundation, or the SAH Cancer Clinic may be made in Gerald's honour.
