She was predeceased by: her husband Gino; her daughter Marisa Nicoletta (Domenic); her parents, Assunta Aceti and Ettore Aceti; her sister Maria Cerenzia (Rocco); her parents-in-law, Rosaria and Francesco Aceti; and her siblings-in-law, Umberto (late Giulia), Giuseppe, Marietta Filice (late Luigi), Pasquale (late Louisa) and Ersilia Deluca (Frank).
She is survived by: her children, Sue Medaglia (Carlo), Terry (Lina) and Marc (Amy); and her great grandchildren, Ainslee Medaglia, Luca, Noah D'Ulisse, Elizabeth, Andrew Chlebus, Rocco, Gianna Carchidi, Gabriella and Giorgia Tari. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A5K7). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Family Parish (208 Prentice Ave, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6C4P9).
Memorial donations to the Twinkie Foundation or Ronald McDonald House would be greatly appreciated by the family.
