He was predeceased by: his daughter Melanie Baker; his parents, Franklin Charles Baker and Evelyn Fraser Chamberlin of Poltimore, Quebec.; and his brother Reid Baker. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Erin Baker (Amanda) and Matthew Baker (Shannon); his grandchildren, Cody, Owen and Melanie; his brother Bruce Baker (Denise) of Tiny Township, ON; his brother-in-law Larry Cumming (Donna); his sibling's children, Brett Hartley, Emily Naylor (Ben) and Yves (Melissa); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Glyn, Kieran and Landon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the SAH Cancer Care Fund or the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) would be greatly appreciated.
