With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hazel Edith Gillett (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 10, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Draper and Perry Draper; her husband Jack; and her sisters, Mary (late Irv) and Elsie (late Cliff).
She is survived by: her children, Allan (Maureen), Cathleen (Robin) and Rick; her grandsons, Mike (Trish) and Scott (Kayla); her great grandchildren, Madison, Briley, Zayah and Alden; and her brother Robert (Cecilia).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) to the Alzheimer's Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation will be greatly appreciated by the family.
