He was predeceased by : his spouse Gayle Whitely; his parents, Oswald and Lily; and his brother Alan. He is survived by : his daughter Jodi Phillips (Tom); his grandchildren, Jordan, Mariah and Caleb; his sister Joan Urajnik (late John); his nieces and nephews, Karen, Dianna and Laurie; and his friend Yvette Belair.
