He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Madsen and Ethel Madsen; his parents-in-law, Ken and Edna Ralph; and his siblings-in-law, Ron, Fred and Ruth Fleming (Mike).
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Jennifer (Lindsay) and Craig (Em); his grandchildren, Logan, Raelyn, Seth, Kason, Kadia, Kailena, Rowen and Scarlett; his siblings, Lois Hooymans (late John), Warren (late Debra), Mike and Ken (Liz); and his siblings-in-law, Wayne (Carolyn) and Brenda Buchan (Tim). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.
