He was predeceased by: his wife Louise; and his parents, Karoline and Ambrose. He is survived by: his children, Ryan (Alison), Sara (Raz), Hans, Heidi (Michael) and Katrina (Kodie); his grandchildren, Roman, Raquel and Blake; and his siblings, Frances (Andy), Peter (Pat), Ted, Martin (Linda) and Ruth.
Final goodbyes entrusted to Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre, (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) where family and friends may visit on Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with a time of sharing at 2:00 p.m. For those wishing to make a charitable donation in Hans' name, the Canadian Wildlife Foundation, Covenant House and the Canadian Cancer Society were some of the charities that Hans supported.
