He was predeceased by: his parents, John (Jack) and Sarah (Sadie) of Tarbutt Township; his brother Ralph; and his sister-in-law Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his sibling's children, Carey Smith, Keith and Kevin MacKay; and his brother-in-law Ken Hudson (Thelma).
