She was predeceased by: her husband William Ross (Bill); her parents, Rose Thornhill and Sea Captain Abraham Thornhill; and her siblings, George, Harold, Mildred, Joy and Olive.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Schipper-Ross (Ingrid), Patricia Ross-Slomke (Doug), Carol Ross-Bertrand (Paul) and Wayne Everett-Ross (Kathleen); her grandchildren, Graeme, Naika and Julianne; her great grandchildren, Kiana Grace and Zara Lila; and her friend Edwin Bruce Sr..
