He was predeceased by: his wife Jean. He is survived by: his children, Sonya Bailey (Dwayne), Michelle Middaugh, Nicole DeBruin (Greg), Evan Middaugh and Ashley Middaugh (Michael); and his grandchildren, Chance, Skyler, Xander, Soren, Colton, Cara, Kelsey, Paige, Chloe, Emma and Jessa. He is also survived by his ten siblings, their spouses, many nieces, nephews.
