Leo Joseph Kane Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leo Joseph Kane (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario), who passed away on September 30, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leo Joseph Kane to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Lisa (Rod), Kelly (Dale), Dale, Timothy, Patrick (Heidi) and Ryan; his grandson Christian Leo Vial; his caregivers, Heather, Natalie, Shauna, Mary, Elizabeth, Anna Marie, Denise, Morgan, Hannah and Siwini; and his friend Father Jeff Shannon.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the O'sullivan Funeral Home (215 St James St, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A1P7). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Precious Blood Cathedral (778 Queen St E, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A2B1). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (27 Fourth Line E, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A5K8).
