We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2025, Lilly-Jo Pozzebon (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Brittany-Anne Agliani and Nicholas Pozzebon; her sibling Evie; her grandparents, Sally, Joe Agliani, Polly and Frank Pozzebon; her aunts and uncles, Trisha (Dennon), Sara (Manley), Brittnee, Jasmine (James), Laura (Jeremy) and Tiffany-Jo; and her cousins, Will, Everett, Ellie, Levi, Nova, Alex and Andrew.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions (payable by cheque or online) to Sault Area Hospital - Pediatric Unit or the Northern Critters in Need would be greatly appreciated by the family.
