Maria Medaglia Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2025, at the age of 85, Maria Medaglia (Sault Sainte Marie, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Giovanni Coccimiglio and Rosina Coccimiglio; her parents-in-law, Rosario and Concetta; and her siblings-in-law, Eugenio (Antonia), Giuseppe (Vittoria), Maria (late Giovanni) and Rosa (late Leone).
She is survived by: her sons, Rosario (Lynn), Carlo (Sue) and Roberto (Sylvie); her grandchildren, Carmen (Kirsti), Michael (Julie), Carlo, Lisa, Mary (Enrique), Christina (Frank) and Robert (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Ainslee, Amirah, Khadijah, Rocco, Luca, Oliver and Gianna; her husband Carmelo; and her brother Pasquale (Anna). She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St E, Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A 2L9). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
